To access the full functionality of the 7cb Platform, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

7cb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method (e.g., the bKash or Nagad mobile number linked to your account) before withdrawals are approved. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited at the time of placing any bet.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 7cb or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of 7cb and their immediate family members are not eligible to register player accounts.

All financial transactions on the 7cb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7cb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the Payment section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification level.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits where technically feasible.
• 7cb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• 7cb reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• Deposits used exclusively for bonus wagering that show no genuine gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees before withdrawal.

7cb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which include but are not limited to: eligible games or bet types, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet size while bonus is active, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 7cb promotions:

• A minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet or stake allowed while a bonus is active is ৳500 BDT per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 7cb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address applies.

The 7cb sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific sports rules applicable to each market. By placing a sports bet on the 7cb Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 7cb is not responsible for any technical errors that display incorrect odds; bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with 7cb's sport-specific settlement rules, which are available in the Help section of the Platform.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension without notice. 7cb reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 7cb account balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times may vary for markets pending official result confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7cb offers casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and PG Soft. The rules of each individual game are set by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface.

7cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Players who believe their gambling is becoming a problem may request a temporary time-out period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected].
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be blocked from all Platform activity including deposits, betting, and bonus claims.
• 7cb will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register a new account during their exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion are a serious breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one player account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Facilitating the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the 7cb Platform — including but not limited to the 7cb brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7cb or its licensed suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 7cb.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• 7cb's trademarks and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with 7cb without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7cb's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 7cb does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game or betting market will remain available.
• 7cb is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• 7cb is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, bank processing delays, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Gambling involves financial risk. 7cb does not guarantee any winnings or returns on any bet or game. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 7cb Platform, you should first contact the 7cb support team by email at [email protected], providing your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 7cb will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.

• Disputes regarding the settlement of bets or casino game rounds must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
• 7cb's decision on all disputes is final after the internal complaints process is exhausted, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in the relevant operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
